Omalo District Ranger

He was born in the Village of Kvemo Alvani, Akhmeta Municipality. After finishing the school, he served in the Georgian Armed Forces.
Work experience:
1998-2011 - He emigrated to the Russian Federation, but due to his great love for Tusheti, he returned to his homeland. He is a dry-stone artisan specialist and always spent period from April to November in Tusheti.
Since 2016, he has been working as a ranger in Omalo district in Tusheti Protected Landscape Administration. He joined the administration team because he wants to contribute to the proper development of Tusheti and the preservation of historical and natural heritage. He plans to settle in his native village of Diklo in the future.
